Standard SKU, single-item pick, polybag or branded mailer, carrier label on your account or ours. That is what every order starts at. Multi-item pick, kitting, gift wrap, and inserts are quoted on top so you only pay for what you ship.

Pricing for each depends on your SKU mix, volume, and packout spec. We do not publish a fixed rate sheet because a $0.45 kitting line on someone else's site usually hides three caveats. We talk through yours on a call.
Storage
QuotedRacked, lot-tracked, FIFO. Climate-controlled and bonded zones available. Billed per pallet or cubic foot depending on density.
FBA prep
QuotedPolybag, FNSKU label, bundle, multi-pack. We re-validate against current Amazon specs before each inbound.
Kitting & assembly
QuotedMulti-SKU bundles, subscription boxes, pre-built starter packs. Spec-locked SOP after the first build.
Gift wrap & inserts
QuotedTissue, ribbon, hand-tied. Marketing cards, sample sachets, signed notes. We hold your brand spec and re-run it on every gift order.
Returns processing
QuotedInspect, grade, restock-or-dispose against your policy. Writeback to Shopify, Amazon, or your OMS.
Hazmat handling
QuotedUN-rated packaging, ground-only routing, lithium-ion classes. Storage quoted by class separately.
Freight & LTL outbound
QuotedB2B pallet ship, retail compliance routes, EDI 856/940/810. Your rate cards or ours.

Already at another 3PL? We will compare your current rates line by line against what we would quote you. If we can beat it, we tell you how much and why. If we cannot, we say so — and if there is a better-fit 3PL for your category, we will point you there. Most brands save 10 to 25 percent on combined pick, storage, and add-on lines after switching, but we do not promise a number until we see your invoice.

What we don't bill you for
The six lines that aren't on your invoice.

Tech fee markup
Our WMS is included. No per-SKU software fee, no per-integration setup fee, no per-user seat cost.
Mystery line items
Every invoice line ties to a scope item or an SOP. If we cannot show you the source, we do not bill it.
Annual contract lock-in
Month-to-month with 60 days written notice. We earn the next month by shipping the current one well.
Auto-rate escalation
Rates hold for the contract term. We re-quote on a documented anniversary, not on a billing-system surprise.
Long-term storage penalty
No "aged inventory" surcharge baked into your bill. If your turn rate slows, we talk about it instead.
Setup or onboarding fee
We do not bill the work to bring you on. Catalog mapping, integration setup, SKU receive — all included.
